Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting with, providing direction and follow-up with residents’ families pertaining to requirements for Medicaid coverage.
• Responsible for Medicaid claims, filing and set-up.
• Responsible for the Front Desk team
• Responsible for denied Medicaid claims and collection efforts for delinquent claims.
• Responsible for reviewing payment postings to ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for review of monthly census reports with the Receptionist to ensure accuracy and billing to the correct payer source.

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of experience as a Business Manager in a long term care facility
• Associates Degree preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Onsite, Full Time presence required to support day-to-day operations and team collaborations
