The Role
The ideal Superintendent will have experience managing ground-up commercial, multifamily or mixed-use developments at large-scale and want to be a part of a growing team. All projects are in Chicago or outer boroughs.
Salary/Benefits
Our client is offering a salary of up to $160,000 + 12% - 15% Bonus DOE - Benefits + Vehicle Allowance + 401k/Health.
