Full-Time Automotive High Level Auto Technician

Established in 1975. Our shops are locally owned and operated, and we are expanding our team of highly trained professionals. As a Master Certified Auto Technician, you will join the very best technicians in the Greater Grand Rapids area. We provide a stable, secure, and safe working environment.

**What Does Your Day Look Like? **

  • As a new Automotive Master Certified Technician, you can expect a fast-paced and rewarding work environment.
  • Each day typically starts at 7:30 AM and ends at 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday . Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing vehicle issues, conducting repairs, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • You will collaborate with fellow technicians to share knowledge and techniques, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
  • Be prepared to utilize advanced diagnostic tools and engage in hands-on work with various automotive systems.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication with customers about repair needs will be essential.
  • Your dedication and expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to quality in the auto repair industry.

**Knowledge and Skills Required for the Position:**

- Valid driver’s license

- 5+ years of experience as an automotive repair technician

- Brakes

- Steering and suspension

- Engine work

- Transmission repairs

- Oil changes

- Tire services

- Diagnostic skills for check engine lights

- Drivability assessments

- Programming knowledge

- Understanding of drivetrain components

- Knowledge of exhaust systems and HVAC
