Care Coordinator

From ketamine therapy, Spravato, and TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) to psychedelic-assisted treatment and beyond, we connect patients with the innovative care they deserve. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first voice patients hear. You’ll educate them on treatment options, assess their eligibility, and guide them through every step ~ making what can feel overwhelming feel doable. This role is a blend of patient advocacy, logistics, and clinical communication.

• You find ways to improve our systems and grow into leadership

Responsibilities

• Conduct educational consultations with prospective patients
• Explain treatments like Ketamine, TMS, and Psychedelic Therapy in approachable terms
• Coordinate appointments across multiple clinics and EMR systems
• Maintain communication with patients from the first outreach to confirmed treatment
• Ensure documentation and eligibility tracking is up to date
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provider calendar updates

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quick to learn systems - CRM, EMR, Google Workspace, etc.
• Passion for mental health and curiosity about emerging treatments
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to manage multiple patients at once
• Background in healthcare, intake coordination, or mental health support is a plus, but not required
