Permanent Physical Therapist Opportunity
Work for a well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty group in Western Colorado , serving over 55,000 patients across Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. The organization is recognized by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and operates 9 divisions across 4 locations .
Physical Therapist Practice Details:
• Patient mix: 90% adult / <10% pediatric (primarily orthopedic injuries)
• Physical Therapy workload:
– 10-hour day: up to 15 patients
– 8-hour day: up to 12 patients
• Current staff: 5 Physical Therapists, 1 PT Assistant, and 1 Occupational Therapist
• EMR: Alleva
• Work schedule options: 4- or 5-day work week
