I’m supporting a well-established and highly respected general contractor in the Mid-Atlantic region who is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their Richmond team. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects while stepping into a company that offers stability, strong project pipelines, and clear long-term progression.
🔨 The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of major multifamily projects—from preconstruction planning through turnover. You’ll oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, documentation, and client communication while partnering closely with field operations to drive successful delivery.
