As our hardware-enabled healthcare solutions continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Officer to take ownership of logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role working closely with operations, engineering, vendors, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end ownership of logistics and supply chain operations
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international
  • Coordinate with external partners

- Freight forwarders

- Carriers

- Customs brokers

- Suppliers and vendors

  • Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and warehouse coordination
  • Ensure accurate tracking of logistics activities

- Shipments

- Deliveries

- Returns and RMAs

  • Manage logistics documentation
  • Shipping records
  • Invoices
  • Import and export paperwork
  • Monitor and optimize logistics costs, lead times, and delivery performance
  • Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and internal policies
  • Support procurement and purchasing activities in coordination with Operations and Finance
  • Coordinate hardware distribution to customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify logistics risks, delays, or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
  • Develop, document, and improve logistics processes and workflows
  • Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics for leadership
  • Support the scaling of logistics operations as the company grows
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations
  • Prior experience in relevant environments

- Hardware, medical devices, healthcare, or technology companies

- International shipping and customs coordination

- Inventory and warehouse management

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with logistics, inventory, or ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel or reporting skills are a plus
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite in Clearwater, Florida
